Elshad is the founder of E & S Consultancy and holds the position of the Managing Director. He directly takes care of the UK UK immigration practice. He is primarily responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business and managing our UK Immigration Practice.
Elshad has over 15 years of experience in UK immigration and has been a part of many immigration consulting practices in London, of the likes of Delloite and Touche, Berkley Law and other solicitor / immigration consultancy firms.
